So, you want to live a healthy lifestyle but need advice on how to achieve that? Well you've come to the right place. There are many factors involved in living a long healthy life. Here are a few a great healthy choices to help you achieve your goal.

Pigs are not hard to feed, and there are a lot of choices of food to be given to them. However, just like any other pets, they may get tired of eating the same thing for months or years. Feeding pigs must include a variation of food that depends on their age. The food given to a young pig is different to that for an older pig in so many ways. Bred pigs are also given a special mix of feeds to ensure that they give many younglings.

The thing about the human body is that it needs to be used in order to survive well. Same goes for your brain! So, it's what we do when we retire that determines the quality of our life and the degree of good health that we can enjoy. What will you DO with yourself to ensure long, fulfilling and Healthy living advice retirement living? Here are some of the things that I'm doing: my Three Principles of Healthy Retirement Living.

For the most part, all soda contains carbonated water, caramel color, natural flavors, caffeine, phosphoric acid and high-fructose corn syrup. The Carbonated water is just water with carbon dioxide, which gives you the bubbles. Most Fun healthy habits soda has caffeine, a drug known to be addictive. And then there is the sugar, lots and lots of sugar and high fructose corn syrup.

Drink lots of water everyday. Most of us forget how important it is to continuously hydrate our body all through out the day. By drinking lots of water, say 8 glasses each day, you immediately detoxify your system. Your digestive and excretory system will be running smoothly. Instead of drinking soda, coffee, or instant juice drinks, why not drink just water. If you're the type who forgets to drink enough water a day, try keeping a bottle in your desk, bedside table, car, or any place in your home or office where you usually spend your time. Nothing is more refreshing than a cold glass of water to fully quench your thirst. Make this a habit.

Once you have started eating well, it is time to go out and get some physical activity! Now, this does not mean that you have to incorporate a rigorous physical workout into your daily routine. Just including small amounts of physical activity in your life will make a difference. So take the stairs instead of the escalator, or walk to the corner store instead of driving four blocks. Start slowly and incorporate more physical activity into your life, and you will be amazed at how quickly the results will add up.

These 5 guidelines are just a start. In the following weeks, I will look at each topic in depth and give more specific advice. Until then, work on following the above rules and you will soon feel healthier.
